Practical tip: If the temperature does not reach below 10°C, the pressures in the air conditioning system should be measured. A normally functioning system reaches 0.5–3 bar on the low-pressure side and 6–20 bar on the high-pressure side during operation. With variable-speed compressors, the pressure on the low-pressure side is a constant approximately 2 bar.
